Vision identifies direction,
Reality determines results.

    Vision is critical; without it our path has no destination.  But if we move ahead without seeing the reality of current conditions and potential detours, we can end up miles down the wrong path before realizing that we're lost.
    Ramsey has developed a habit of creating a vision, taking action, then hoping the needed reality will simply appear.  This has created numerous challenges for the city and more importantly, for the residents.
    A recent copy of the Ramsey Resident Newsletter focused on collecting ideas of what residents would want to see in a new community center! A community Center may be a pleasant vision, but can Ramsey's reality afford it?

 It's time to bring Reality back to Ramsey by . . . 
~ Revising the Ramsey Town Center Plan, and  attracting 
   businesses through reduction of restrictions on development
   (within Town Center).   
~ Developing new income streams to pay for the Ramsey Municipal
   Center in an effort to avoid forcing this burden on taxpayers. 
~ Running the city of Ramsey like a business. Colin McGlone will
   bring business knowledge and experience to help set sound goals,
   make difficult decisions, and take action based on facts.
